Now that you have been declined for a commercial bank loan what do you do? Many small business owners are not aware of how to access capital outside of traditional lending and banking. This workshop will provide information on alternative lending resources in the event of a decline at a traditional lending facility and how to improve loan requests for a better chance at approval.  Topics to be covered in this workshop include: How lending decisions are made, identifying alternative lending programs, how to improve your loan request, and what to do in the event of a decline.
